  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cups surimi, cut into medium-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cups tomato, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cut into half-moons
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups red onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cups celery, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped

  • In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle chile, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice, and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix surimi, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, red onion, celery, and parsley. Pour in blended mixture, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve surimi salad in a bowl garnished with cuaresmeño chile cut into small-sized cubes.
